Data Deletion Instructions

Request deletion

To have us delete the personal information we hold about you, email chad@chadsyntax.com with the subject Data deletion request. Tell us what you did on our Site or store (for example, an order or an email you sent) and the email address involved, so we can find it. We may ask you to confirm your identity before we act.

We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days and will confirm by email when it is done.

What we delete

• Messages and contact details you have sent us.
• Analytics and error-report data we can link to you.
• Order information held by us for our online store, except what we must keep for tax, accounting or legal reasons. Order data held by Shopify and its payment processors is governed by their policies.
